摘要
目的通过对中南大学湘雅医院近10年发表的科学引文索引(SCI)论文研究领域、合作机构进行统计分析,探索本院医学与多学科交叉研究现状,为医院跨学科交叉研究的深入开展提供参考。方法本研究采用文献计量分析法,基于Web of Science(WOS)数据库及医院科研管理系统,获取2013—2022年以中南大学湘雅医院为第一或通信单位署名的SCI论文;同时以WOS入藏号为检索条件,获取论文的发表年度、作者地址、学科规范化引文影响力等数据。利用Incites数据平台分析Citation Topics学科引文主题。结果2013—2022年,本院发表的以第一或通信单位署名的SCI论文9523篇,涵盖十大Citation Topics学科引文主题中的200个中观主题、889个微观主题。医学与生命科学领域论文占总发文量的89.6%(8536/9523),包括127个中观主题、707个微观主题;该领域与国内其他单位合作论文占比最高、为36.7%(3130/8536),其次为医院单独署名论文占比26.8%(2293/8536)。非医学与生命科学相关论文占比10.4%(987/9523),包括73个中观主题、182个微观主题;该领域医院单独署名论文占比最高、为35.5%(350/987),其次为与国内其他单位合作论文占比29.4%(290/987)。非医学与生命科学研究领域主要以化学,农业、环境和生态学,工程和材料科学为主。结论校内医学学科之间的交叉融合是医院科学研究的显著特点,跨院系、跨学科的交叉合作需要进一步深化,跨单位、跨地区的交流合作是医院科研活动的重要组成部分。
Objective To explore the current state of nterdisciplinary research in medicine and other fields at Xiangya Hospital,Central South University,by statistically analyzing the research fields and collaborating institutions of the scientific citation index(SCI)papers published by the hospital over the past decade.The goal is to provide references for the further development of interdisciplinary research at the hospital.Methods This study adopts the bibliometric analysis method.Based on the Web of science(WOS)database and the hospital research management system,SCI papers published from 2013 to 2022 with Xiangya Hospital,Central South University,as the first or corresponding institution were collected.Using the WOS accession number as the search criterion,data on the publication year,author affiliations,and subject-specific citation impact were obtained.The Incites data platform was utilized to analyze Citation Topics and subjects citation themes.Results From 2013 to 2022,a total of 9523 SCI papers with Xiangya Hospital as the first or corresponding institution were published,covering 200 meso-level and 889 micro-level topics within the top 10 Citation Topics.Papers in the fields of medicine and life sciences accounted for 89.6%of the total publications(8536/9523),including 127 meso-level and 707 micro-level topics.The highest proportion of papers involved domestic collaborations(36.7%,3130/8536),followed by those with only the hospital's affiliation(26.8%,2293/8536).Papers in non-medical and life science fields accounted for 10.4%(987/9523),including 73 meso-level and 182 micro-level topics.Within these fields,papers with only the hospital's affiliation had the highest proportion(35.5%,350/987),followed by those with domestic other institution collaborations(29.4%,290/987).The main research areas in non-medical and life sciences were chemistry,agriculture,environment and ecology,and engineering and materials science.Conclusion The interdisciplinary integration within medical disciplines at the hospitals is a prominent feature of its scientific research.There is a need for further deepening of cross-departmental and cross-disciplinary collaborations,and inter-institutional and inter-regional exchange and cooperation are important components of the hospital's research activities.
