摘要
炼油厂环保设施安全管理尤其重要,通过合理的安全管理策略,炼油厂能够创设出更高的经济效益,另外,环保设施安全管理工作能够提高设备运行质量,切实保障工作人员的健康安全。基于此,文章对炼油厂环保设施安全管理存在的问题及管理策略进行了研究分析,首先,明确了炼油厂环保设施安全管理的意义。其次,分析了炼油厂环保设施安全管理存在的问题,这包括环保设施维护更新不及时,缺乏信息化系统;环保设施安全管理人才少,设施操作不规范;缺乏细节化环保设施支撑,设施设计不严格三方面的内容。针对这三方面内容,文章提出了相对应的炼油厂环保设施安全管理策略。
The safety management of refinery environmental protection facilities is particularly important.Through reasonable safety management strategies,the refinery can create higher economic benefits.In addition,the safety management of environmental protection facilities can improve the operation quality of equipment and effectively protect the health and safety of staff.Based on this,the paper studies and analyzes the existing problems and management strategies in the safety management of environmental protection facilities in oil refineries.Firstly,the significance of safety management of environmental protection facilities in oil refineries is clarified,and secondly,the existing problems in safety management of environmental protection facilities in oil refineries are analyzed,including the late maintenance and update of environmental protection facilities and the lack of information system.There are few talents for safety management of environmental protection facilities,and the operation of facilities is not standardized;Lack of detailed environmental protection facilities support,facilities design is not strict in three aspects.In view of these three aspects,this paper puts forward the corresponding safety management strategies for environmental protection facilities in refineries.
