摘要
目的:探讨基于授权理论下知信行健康教育对男性酒精依赖患者康复的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年6月于芜湖市第四人民医院住院治疗的70例男性酒精依赖患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组35例。对照组给予常规护理干预,实验组在常规护理的基础上实施基于授权理论下知信行健康教育。采用一般自我效能感量表(GSES)、住院精神病人社会功能评定量表(SSPI)进行评定,比较两组患者干预前、干预3周末、干预6周末时自我效能感和社会功能的变化。结果:实验组干预3周末、干预6周末GSES得分、SSPI总分及各维度分值均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给予基于授权理论下知信行健康教育能提高男性酒精依赖患者的自我效能,有效改善其社会功能。
Objective:To explore the application effect of knowledge-attitude-practice health education based on empowerment theory on the rehabilitation of male patients with alcohol dependence.Methods:A total of 70 male patients with alcohol dependence who were hospitalized in our hospital from January 2021 to June 2023 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 35 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the experimental group was given knowledgeattitude-practice health education based on empowerment theory on the basis of routine nursing.The scores of General Self-Eficacy Scale(GSES)and Scale of Social function in Psychosis Inpatients(SSPI)were compared between the two groups before intervention,3 weeks and 6 weeks after intervention.Results:The GSES score,SSPI total score and each dimension score of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group at the end of 3 weeks and 6 weeks of intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Knowledge-attitude-practice health education based on empowerment theory can improve the selfefficacy of male patients with alcohol dependence and effectively improve their social function.
