摘要
目的:探究涌泉穴贴敷结合加味四逆散缓解肺癌患者化疗所致顽固性呃逆的效果。方法:选取某院2022年9月—2023年8月收治的80例肺癌化疗所致顽固性呃逆患者,随机设为对照组(n=40)与研究组(n=40)。对照组接受常规西药治疗,研究组在此基础上行涌泉穴贴敷结合加味四逆散治疗。比较两组疗效、呃逆症状及生活质量(GQOLI-74评分)。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为92.50%,高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05);研究组治疗3 d、7 d呃逆症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后GQOLI-74各维度评分高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:涌泉穴贴敷结合加味四逆散治疗肺癌化疗所致顽固性呃逆的效果确切,可明显改善患者症状,提高其生活质量。
Objective:To explore the effect of Yongquan acupoint application combined with Jiawei Sini powder on relieving intractable hiccup caused by chemotherapy in patients with lung cancer.Methods:A total of 80 patients with intractable hiccup caused by chemotherapy for lung cancer admitted to our hospital from September 2022 to August 2023 were randomly divided into control group(n=40)and study group(n=40).The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the study group was treated with Yongquan acupoint application combined with Jiawei Sini powder on this basis.The efficacy,hiccup symptoms and quality of life(GQOLI-74 score)were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 92.50%,which was higher than 75.00% in the control group(P<0.05).The score of hiccup symptoms in the study group was lower than that in the control group at 3 days and 7 days after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of each dimension of GQOLI-74 in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the study group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Yongquan acupoint application combined with Jiawei Sini powder in the treatment of intractable hiccup caused by chemotherapy of lung cancer is definite,which can significantly improve the symptoms and quality of life of patients.
