摘要
针对国道G206线平远县径门口至超南段旧路面存在的病害问题,进行了详细的处治及改造提升研究。为全面评估路况,研究团队采用高精度GPS设备和车载移动数据采集系统,获取了8.25 km路段的地理坐标和路面状况数据,使用交通摄像头和感应线圈车辆检测器统计了车流量和车速数据。通过高分辨率摄影技术和激光扫描仪,记录并分析了裂缝、坑槽和车辙等病害的类型及其分布,运用GIS系统识别病害热点区域并分析其扩散趋势。研究中采用地质雷达(GPR)和落锤式弯沉仪(FWD)技术,对路基结构层和路面偏移量进行深入诊断,结合结构评估软件模型制定了包括增厚覆盖层、局部深层修复和排水系统改善在内的改造策略。具体实施了高弹性改性沥青混合料和高强度水泥稳定材料的应用,利用混凝土激光整平技术和铣刨重铺技术提高了施工质量和效率。此外,修复和优化排水系统,更新交通标志和路面标线,确保交通安全。
A detailed study was conducted on the treatment,renovation,and improvement of the old pavement problems in the section from Jingmenkou to Chaonan of Pingyuan County on National Highway G206.To comprehensively evaluate the road conditions,the research team used high-precision GPS equipment and an in vehicle mobile data acquisition system to obtain geographic coordinates and road condition data of an 8.25 km section.Traffic cameras and induction coil vehicle detectors were used to collect traffic flow and speed data.By using high-resolution photography technology and laser scanners,the types and distribution of diseases such as cracks,potholes,and ruts were recorded and analyzed.The GIS systems were used to identify disease hotspots and analyze their diffusion trends.In the study,Groud Penetrating Rador(GPR)and Falling Weight Deflectometer(FWD)technology were used to diagnose the displacement of the roadbed structural layer and pavement in depth.Combined with structural evaluation software models,renovation strategies including thickening of the cover layer,local deep repair,and improvement of the drainage system were developed.The application of high elasticity modified asphalt mixture and high-strength cement stabilized material has been specifically implemented,and the construction quality and efficiency have been improved by using concrete laser leveling technology and milling and re laying technology.In addition,repairing and optimizing the drainage system,updating traffic signs and road markings to ensure traffic safety.
