摘要
2022新课标的实施是新时代基础教育发展的应然需求和必然结果,面对这种新变化,高校体育教育专业如何实现人才培养与基础教育人才需求的有效对接是值得探讨的时代命题。文章运用文献资料法、访谈法、逻辑分析法从整体的视角发现两者之间存在理念上未充分融通、目标上未充分互鉴、课程内容上未充分共融、教学方式方法上未充分共用、学习评价上未充分共享等问题。从顶层设计层面提出优质高校要充分引领,坚持走出去,引进来,构建互联互通的大体育教育格局;地方高校要主动作为,完善人才培养方案,定制弹性人才培养机制、着力人才培养格局形成;高校体育教育与基础教育共同发力,围绕核心素养,涵养师德,推进体育课程价值观一体化建设等对策,以期为高校体育教育专业人才培养、输出提供合理参考。
2022 The implementation of the new curriculum standard is the natural demand and inevitable result of the development of basic education in the new era,in the face of this new change,how to realize the effective docking between the training of talents and the demand of talents in basic education for physical education in colleges and universities is the proposition of the times that is worth exploring.The article utilizes literature method,interview method and logical analysis method to find out from the overall perspective that there are problems such as insufficient integration of concepts,insufficient mutual understanding of goals,insufficient integration of curriculum contents,insufficient sharing of teaching methods and methods,and insufficient sharing of learning evaluation between the two.From the top-level design level,it is proposed that high-quality colleges and universities should fully lead the way,insist on going out and bringing in,and build an interconnected pattern of physical education;local colleges and universities should take the initiative,improve the talent cultivation program,customize the flexible talent cultivation mechanism,and focus on the formation of talent cultivation pattern;and colleges and universities should work together with the basic education,focus on the core qualities,cultivate the teachers'morality,and push forward the integration of values of the physical education curriculum and other countermeasures.In order to provide reasonable reference for the cultivation and output of physical education professionals in colleges and universities.
