综采工作面采空区漏风规律分析及治理措施

摘要 113_(上)05工作面为孤岛工作面开采,两巷与采空区留设煤柱仅5 m,煤柱容易压裂、压酥,采空区漏风通道复杂,自然发火防治问题严重。通过对113_(上)05回采采空区漏风特性的研究,找出了采空区的漏风通路及漏风倾向,应用充填滞留覆盖剂防治采空区漏风,首先采用压差和能位测定方法定性分析采空区的漏风源与漏风汇,采用SF_(6)示踪法探测采空区漏风的发展趋势及规律,最后采用充填滞留覆盖剂治理技术对采空区漏风进行防治并测定封堵效果。结果表明,采用充填式封隔式封严工艺,有效地控制了113_(上)05综采面采空区的漏风,降低了采空区遗留煤的自燃危险,从而确保了113_(上)05综采工作面的安全生产。 The 113_(upper)05 working face is an isolated island working face mining,with only 5 m of coal pillars left in the two roadways and goaf.The coal pillars are prone to fracturing and pressing crispy,and the air leakage channels in the goaf are complex.The prevention and control problem of spontaneous combustion are serious.Through the study of the air leakage characteristics of the 113_(upper)05 stoping goaf,the air leakage channels and tendencies in the goaf are identified.The development trend and law of filling and retention covering agents are applied to prevent and control air leakage in the goaf air leakage area.Finally,the filling and retention covering agent governance technology is used to prevent and control air leakage in the goaf.Firstly,the pressure difference and energy level determination methods are used to qualitatively analyze the air leakage sources and sinks in the goaf,and SF_(6)tracing method is used to detect and measure the sealing effect.The results show that the use of filling type and sealing isolating type sealing technique effectively control the air leakage in the goaf of the 113_(upper)05 fully mechanized mining face,reduce the spontaneous combustion danger of remaining coal in the goaf,and ensure the safety production of the 113_(upper)05 fully mechanized mining face.
