摘要
针对常见的氮化物、碳化物、氧化物和金属间化合物等夹杂物质,在系统性分析熔剂法、吹气法和过滤法等夹杂净化方法的基础上,提出了融合气吹法、过滤法、溶剂法和静置法的复合净化方案。实践应用表明,采用铝熔体综合净化方法,能够有效提高铝熔体的净化效果,提高铝合金生产工艺水平。
Based on a systematic analysis of impurity purification methods such as flux method,blowing method,and filtration method,a composite purification scheme integrating gas blowing method,filtration method,solvent method,and static method is proposed for common impurities such as nitrides,carbides,oxides,and intermetallic compounds.Practical applications have shown that using a comprehensive purification method for aluminum melt can effectively improve the purification effect of aluminum melt and enhance the production process level of aluminum alloy.
