课程思政与产学研一体融合的“生物化学”教学案例设计

摘要 “生物化学”课程不仅传递知识,更是承载育人使命的重要组成部分。本文探讨了在“生物化学”教学课程中如何将课程思政与产学研一体融合,并设计了“生物化学”教学案例。在案例设计上,通过对知识点进行深度剖析,巧妙地将思政元素与科研实例有机整合,形成协同效应,引导学生多角度提高自身能力及素质。以蛋白质的生物合成为例,讨论了教学设计的三个层次:知识点的细致梳理、思政要素的挖掘以及最新科研进展的引入。在教学过程中,通过互动学习、教学手段创新和引导学生思考等手段,有效地将知识传递、能力培养和价值引领进行深度融合。最后,分析教学中存在的困难并提出了相应的改进思路,为类似的课程设计提供经验。 The“Biological Chemistry”course not only serves as a tool for knowledge transmission,but also plays a crucial role in the mission of nurturing individuals.During the process in designing the Biological Chemistry course,we explored the integration of ideological and political education with the unity of production,learning,and research.Upon the in-depth analysis of key knowledge points,latest research was integrated with ideological and political elements,which could generate synergy to help students enhance their abilities and qualities from multiple perspectives.Taking protein biosynthesis as an example,we prepared the contents for this topic with three levels of instructional design:detailed explanation of knowledge points,exploration of ideological and political elements,and the introduction of latest research progress.During the teaching process,we utilized multiple approaches,including interactive learning,the use of teaching aids,and different methods in promoting student thinking,so that effective integration could be achieved in terms of the following three aspects:knowledge transmission,skill development,and value guidance.In the end,we analyzed the challenges encountered in teaching this course,and proposed corresponding improvement strategies,hoping to offer valuable insights for similar course designs.
