摘要
根据努力一恢复模型,引入认知灵活性探讨微休息对员工创造力的影响机制,并基于资源保存理论和自我效能理论引入自我效能感分析其调节效应。本研究以浙江省14家省级高新技术产业园区为样本进行探析。研究发现,放松、社交、认知微休息能够增加认知灵活性进而促进员工创造力的提升,而营养摄入微休息的影响不显著;自我效能感在员工微休息通过认知灵活性影响员工创造力的过程中起到了正向调节作用关系。
Based on the effort recovery model,cognitive flexibility is introduced to explore the impact mechanism of micro rest on employee creativity,and self-efficacy is introduced to analyze its moderating effect based on resource conservation theory and self-efficacy theory.This study takes 14 provincial-level high-tech industrial parks in Zhejiang Province as samples for analysis.Research has found that relaxation,socializing,and cognitive micro rest can increase cognitive flexibility and promote the improvement of employee creativity;The effect of nutrient intake and micro rest is not significant;Self efficacy positively regulates the relationship between employees'creativity and cognitive flexibility through micro rest.
