摘要
基因组DNA的提取与PCR鉴定是分子生物学中最基础的技术之一,传统实验教学模式下,学生主体意识缺乏,教学效果不佳。教学团队从教学内容重构、教学方法创新、实验环境创建、教学评价规范化这四个方面对“基因组DNA的提取与PCR鉴定”项目进行重组和创新,以培养学生的创新能力,提高学生学习自主性和分析解决问题的能力。
The extraction and PCR identification of genomic DNA is one of the most fundamental technologies in molecular biology.Under the traditional experimental teaching mode,students lack subjectivity and the teaching effect is not satisfactory.The teaching team restructured and innovated the"Genomic DNA Extraction and PCR Identification"project from four aspects:reconstruction of teaching content,innovation of teaching methods,creation of experimental environment,and standardization of teaching evaluation.To cultivate students'innovation ability,enhance their autonomy and ability to analyze and solve problems.
