摘要
为探讨不同属性工作特征对幼儿园托班教师岗位胜任力的影响,采用问卷法对426名幼儿园托班教师开展调查,统计分析显示:工作资源、工作挑战正向预测托班教师岗位胜任力,工作阻碍则是负向预测;工作重塑在工作资源、工作挑战与胜任力之间表现出中介效应,在工作障碍与胜任力之间表现出遮蔽效应。
In order to explore the effects of different attributes of job characteristics on daycare teachers' job competence, the questionnaire method was used to conduct a survey on 426 daycare teachers,and the statistical analysis showed that:job resources and job challenges positively predicted daycare teachers' job competence,and job hindrances negatively predicted it;Job remodeling exhibits mediating effects between job resources,job challenges,and competencies,and a masking effect between job hindrances and competence.
