二道河矿区氧化矿综合利用扩大连选试验研究

摘要 针对二道河氧化矿矿样,为了考查中矿返回后的影响,验证实验室小型流程试验和选矿废水处理及回用流程试验技术指标的可靠性,依据实验室确定的浮选工艺,配置扩大试验设备,开展氧化矿清水扩大试验以及回水扩大连续试验研究,通过清水回用与净化水回用选矿数据对比进一步优化和确定铅锌硫分离、选矿废水处理及回用的工艺参数和综合回收的指标,为选矿厂设计和工业调试提供可靠的依据。 For the ore samples of Erdaohe oxidized ore,in order to examine the impact of the return of the middlings,verify the reliability of the technical indicators of the laboratory small-scale flowsheet tests and the beneficiation wastewater treatment and reuse flowsheet tests,based on the flotation process determined in the laboratory,the scaled-up test equipment is configured to carry out the scaled-up tests of the oxidized ore with clear water and the scaled-up and continuous tests with return water.Through comparison of the beneficiation data of clean water reuse and purified water reuse,the process parameters and comprehensive recovery indicators for lead zinc sulfur separation,treatment and reuse of mineral processing wastewater are further optimized and determined,providing reliable basis for the design and industrial commissioning of process plants.
