摘要
轴流泵是化工系统中的关键动力源设备,具有输送流量大、扬程低的特点,安全稳定运行至关重要。为研究弯管直径大小和介质进口方向对轴流泵性能的影响,应用数值模拟方法,分析三种弯管直径和两种介质进口方向对轴流泵内部水力性能和流动特性产生的影响。研究结果表明,弯管直径增大,叶轮出口段流动状态趋于平稳,叶片顶尖泄漏起点向叶片出水边移动,叶轮出口后端高压区靠壁面侧呈现减小趋势,叶轮进口前端压力差趋于一致,未出现较大的压力差区域。改变介质进口方向,A向进料时轴流泵水力性能和流动特性优于B向进料。研究结果对轴流泵的设计和运行具有实践意义。
Axial flow pump is the key power source equipment in the chemical system,which has the characteristics of large transmission flow and low head,and safe and stable operation is very important.In order to study the influence of elbow diameter and medium inlet direction on the performance of axial flow pump,the numerical simulation method was used to analyze the influence of three elbow diameters and two medium inlet directions on the internal hydraulic performance and flow characteristic of the axial flow pump.The result shows that the diameter of the elbow increases,the flow state of the impeller outlet section tends to be stable,the starting point of the leakage at the top of the blade moves to the water edge of the blade,the high-pressure area at the rear end of the impeller outlet decreases by the wall side,and the pressure difference at the front end of the impeller inlet tends to be consistent,and there is no large pressure difference area.Changing the medium inlet direction,the hydraulic performance and flow characteristic of the axial flow pump of the A-direction feed are better than those of the B-direction feed.The result of study has practical significance for the design and operation of the axial flow pump.
