MCS+血细胞分离机采集血小板冲红的原因分析

摘要 目的:了解在使用MCS+血细胞分离机采集血小板时出现冲红现象的原因。方法:选择2021年1月~2022年6月使用MCS+血细胞分离机在采集血小板过程中冲红现象的献血者40例作为冲红组,同时选取期间使用该设备未出现冲红现象的献血者40例作为对照组。对比两组献血者采前血常规主要参数。结果:冲红组的外周平均红细胞血红蛋白含量(MCH)及平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)值均低于对照组(P<0.05),冲红组血细胞比容(HCT)值高于对照组(P<0.05);其他参数无明显不同(P>0.05)。结论:献血者采前血常规中HCT、MCH、MCHC计数对MCS+采集血小板出现冲红现象的发生有一定影响,因此在为机采血小板献血者选择采集机型时,要结合献血者血常规情况多方位考虑;并且通过加强献血者体检征询,对献血者的统一管理,关注献血者初筛血常规情况,并且为献血者提供良好舒适的采血环境,加强对医务人员MCS+血细胞分离机采血流程的规范,熟练掌握设备操作技能,从而降低冲红的发生率,提高血小板采集效率,保证临床输血安全。 Objective:To understand the cause of flushing phenomenon when collecting platelets using MCS+blood cell separator.Methods:From January 2021 to June 2022,40 blood donors with flushing phenomenon during platelet collection using MCS+blood cell separator were selected as the flushing group,and 40 blood donors with no flushing phenomenon during the use of the device were selected as the control group.The main parameters of precollection blood routine were compared between the two groups of donors.Results:The peripheral MCH and MCHC values in flushing group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05),and the HCT values in flushing group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in other parameters(P>0.05).Conclusion:The HCT,MCH and MCHC counts in the precollection routine blood of blood donors have a certain influence on the occurrence of flushing phenomenon in MCS+platelet collection.Therefore,when selecting the collection model for machine platelet donors,it is necessary to consider the routine blood of blood donors in all aspects.In addition,through strengthening the medical examination consultation of blood donors,unified management of blood donors,paying attention to the routine blood screening of blood donors,providing a good and comfortable blood collection environment for blood donors,strengthening the standardization of the blood collection process of medical personnel MCS+blood cell separator,mastering the operation skills of the equipment,thus reducing the probability of flushing and improving the efficiency of platelet collection.To ensure the safety of clinical blood transfusion.
