摘要
目的:探讨5A精细化护理模式对老年髋部骨折患者术后康复的影响.方法:选取2020年6月-2022年8月宜春市中医院接受手术的124例髋部骨折患者,按随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各62例,观察组住院期间采用5A精细化护理模式,对照组给予常规护理模式,比较2组患者的康复效果.结果:观察组患者导尿管留置时间、主动坐起时间、住院时间均短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),入院第1天,观察组Fugl-Mcyer、ADL评分及HAMA评分与对照组比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后第7天,观察组Fugl-Mcyer、ADL评分高于对照组,HAMA评分低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),护理后观察组满意度为93.54%,高于对照组的79.03%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:采用5A精细化护理模式能改善老年髋部骨折术后患者运动功能、生活能力及心理状态,降低手术后相关并发症,促进患者术后康复,提高护理满意度.
Objective:To explore the effect of 5A refined nursing mode on postoperative rehabilitation of elderly patients with hip fracture.Methods:124 patients with hip fracture who underwent surgery in the Yichun city hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2020 to August 2022 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 62 cases in each group.The observation group was given 5A refined nursing mode during hospitalization,while the control group was given routine nursing mode.The rehabilitation effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The catheter retention time,active sitting time and hospital stay of patients in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).On the first day of admission,the Fugl-Mcyer,ADL and HAMA scores in the ob-servation group showed no statistically significant differences compared with those in the control group(P>0.05).Fugl-Mcyer and ADL scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and HAMA scores were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the satisfaction of the observation group after nursing was 93.54%,higher than that of the control group 79.03%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:5A refined nursing mode can improve motor function,life ability and mental state of elderly patients after hip fracture surgery,reduce postoperative complications,promote postoperative rehabilitation of patients,and improve nursing satisfaction.
