摘要
目的:探讨膝关节腔注射治疗对全膝关节置换术患者应激反应及炎症反应的影响.方法:选择2020年3月—2023年1月在陇西县第一人医院接受全膝关节置换术的92例膝关节损伤患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各46例.对照组在术后采用膝关节腔注射地塞米松治疗,观察组在术后采用膝关节腔注射玻璃酸钠治疗,2组患者关节腔注射1次/周,连续4周.对比2组膝关节功能、临床疗效、C-反应蛋白含量、超氧化物歧化酶及丙二醛含量.结果:治疗4周后,观察组治疗总有效率为97.80%,高于对照组的87.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组膝关节功能优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组C-反应蛋白含量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组丙二醛含量低于对照组,超氧化物歧化酶含量高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:膝关节腔注射玻璃酸钠在全膝关节置换术后患者的应用中可以取得较好的效果,显著改善了患者膝关节日常活动能力,降低患者炎症反应,减少血清C-反应蛋白的生成,同时还可以改善氧自由基水平,值得推广.
Objective:To investigate The effects of knee cavity injection on stress response and inflammation in patients with total knee arthroplasty.Methods:92 patients with knee joint injury who received total knee arthroplasty in the First People's Hospital of Longxi County from March 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with dexamethasone injection in the knee cavity after surgery,and the observation group was treated with sodium hyaluronate injection in the knee cavity after surgery.The two groups were injected once a week in the joint cavity for 4 consecutive weeks.The knee function,clinical efficacy,C-reactive protein content,superoxide dismutase and malondialdehyde content were compared between the two groups.Results:After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 97.80%,which was higher than that of the control group 87.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The knee joint function of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<O.05).The content of C-reactive protein in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The content of malondialdehyde in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the content of superoxide dismutase was higher than that in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of sodium hyaluronate injection into knee cavity in patients after total knee arthroplasty can achieve good results,significantly improve the daily activity ability of patients'knee joint,reduce the inflammatory response of patients,reduce the production of serum C-reactive protein,and improve the level of oxygen free radicals,which is worth promoting.
