摘要
高校图书馆是大学生构建和更新知识的基地,是构建公共文化服务体系的重要组成部分,探讨工业4.0时代高校图书馆管理与服务面临的机遇与挑战,不仅是响应“中国制造2025”的号召,也是推动图书馆高质量发展的需要。文章回顾前3次工业革命图书馆管理与服务的历史变迁,分析工业革命对高校图书馆产生的影响,探讨工业4.0时代给高校图书馆管理带来的机遇以及面临的冲击,高校图书馆如何更好地开展管理和服务工作,如何解决资金与技术问题,图书馆内部管理如何顺应工业4.0时代的发展要求,如何对现有图书馆馆员的新技术与理念等进行有效提升,以适应数字化转型的需要提出相应的设想,为提高管理效能和提升服务水平,推动高校图书馆高质量发展提供借鉴。
University libraries are the base for college students to build and update their professional knowledge,and an important component of building a public cultural service system.Exploring the opportunities and challenges faced by university library management and services in the era of Industry 4.0 is not only a response to the call of“Made in China 2025”,but also a need to promote high-quality development of libraries.The article reviews the historical changes in library management and services during the first three Industrial Revolutions,analyzes the impact of the Industrial Revolution on university libraries,explores the opportunities and impacts that the Industry 4.0 era brings to university library management,explores how university libraries can better carry out management and service work in the Industry 4.0 era,how to solve financial and technical problems,how to adapt internal library management to the development requirements of the Industry 4.0 era,and how to effectively improve the new technologies and concepts of existing library staff to meet the needs of digital transformation.Corresponding ideas are proposed to provide reference for improving management efficiency and service levels,and promoting the high-quality development of university libraries.
