摘要
试验旨在探究不同饲养密度对笼养白羽肉鸡生长性能、羽毛评分、血清生化和免疫指标的影响。试验选取504只体重相近、健康状况良好的1日龄科宝白羽肉鸡母雏,随机分为3组,每组8个重复(笼)。7~14日龄3组饲养密度分别为16只/m^(2)、17只/m^(2)、18只/m^(2),15~39日龄3组饲养密度为13只/m^(2)、14只/m^(2)、15只/m^(2)。结果显示:(1)不同饲养密度对7~14日龄和15~28日龄肉鸡平均采食量和料重比产生显著影响(P<0.05),且15~28日龄时,14只/m^(2)组平均日增重显著高于13只/m^(2)组(P<0.05),13只/m^(2)组料重比显著高于15只/m^(2)组(P<0.05)。29~39日龄13只/m^(2)组和14只/m^(2)组平均日增重显著高于15只/m^(2)(P<0.05);(2)不同饲养密度对肉鸡14日龄主翼羽长度产生显著影响(P<0.05);(3)不同饲养密度对肉鸡14日龄和39日龄羽毛评分产生显著影响(P<0.05);(4)不同饲养密度对肉鸡血清中碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活力、三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)和甲状腺素(T4)的含量产生显著影响(P<0.05),17只/m^(2)组显著高于16只/m^(2)组和18只/m^(2)组(P<0.05),14只/m^(2)组显著高于13只/m^(2)组和15只/m^(2)组(P<0.05);(5)不同饲养密度对肉鸡14日龄和39日龄血清中白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)和白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)含量产生显著影响(P<0.05)。研究表明,笼养科宝白羽肉鸡7~14日龄适宜饲养密度为17只/m^(2),15~39日龄适宜饲养密度为14只/m^(2)。
The aim of this paper was to investigate the effects of different stocking densities on growth performance,feather scores,serum biochemical and immune indexes of white-feather broiler.A total of 5041-day-age Cobb white-feather hens with similar body weight and good health were selected and randomly divided into three groups with 8 replicates per group.The stock-ing density of 16 birds/m^(2),17 birds/m^(2) and 18 birds/m^(2) were kept in the three groups from 7 to 14 days of age,and 13 birds/m^(2),14 birds/m^(2) and 15 birds/m^(2) were kept in the three groups from 15 to 39 days of age,respectively.The results showed that:①The different feeding densities had a significant effect on the average feed intake and feed to gain ratio of broilers at 7 to 14 and 15 to 28 days of age(P<0.05).The average daily weight gain of the 14 birds/m^(2) group was significantly higher than that of the 13 birds/m^(2) group at 15 to 28 days of age(P<0.05)and the feed to gain ratio of the 13 birds/m^(2) group was significantly higher than that of the 15 birds/m^(2) group(P<0.05).The average daily weight gain at 29 to 39 days of age in the 13 birds/m^(2) and 14 birds/m^(2) groups was significantly higher than that of the 15 birds/m^(2) group(P<0.05);②The different feeding densities had a significant ef-fect on the length of the main wing feathers of broilers at 14 days of age(P<0.05);③The different feeding densities had signifi-cant effects on the feather scores of broilers at 14 and 39 days of age(P<0.05);④The different feeding densities had significant effects on serum alkaline phosphatase(ALP)activity,triiodothyronine(T3)and thyroxine(T4)level in broilers(P<0.05),which of the 17 birds/m^(2) group were significantly higher than those of the 16 birds/m^(2) and 18 birds/m^(2) groups(P<0.05),and the 14 birds/m^(2) group was significantly higher than the 13 birds/m^(2) and 15 birds/m^(2) groups(P<0.05);⑤The different feeding densities had a signifi-cant effect on the levels of serum interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-10(IL-10)and interleukin-1β(IL-1β)of broilers at 14 and 39 days of age(P<0.05).In conclusion,the appropriate stocking densities for caged Cobb white-feather broilers was 17 birds/m^(2) for 7 to 14 days of age and 14 birds/m^(2) for 15 to 39 days of age,respectively.
