基于PLC逻辑诊断塔机故障原因的方法研究

摘要 通过介绍某9 000k Nm塔帽式塔机在现场使用时,PLC输入信号正常、无输出信号且变频器无赫兹输出的故障现象为研究背景,简要介绍了我国塔机电气控制系统智能化升级演变和对PLC的功能。以系统的PLC的诊断流程方法进行逻辑诊断和判别故障原因,诊断出PLC接线错误导致运行逻辑错误,是导致主卷扬无动作的原因。通过系统的故障诊断识别并排除了故障,进而总结出了PLC接线错误主要类型和原因,提炼出了基于PLC逻辑诊断塔机故障原因的方法和诊断要点,并提出了通过提高操作或维修人员技术水平等方面改进措施预防类似故障的发生。最后,得出通过严格遵循接线规范等方法,可以有效降低PLC接线错误导致的故障率,提高生产效率,为企业的可持续发展提供有力保障。 By introducing the fault phenomenon of a 9000KN.m tower hat tower crane in the field,the PLC input signal is normal,there is no output signal and the inverter has no hertz output as the research background,and the intelligent upgrade and evolution of China's tower crane electrical control system and the function of PLC are briefly introduced.The logic diagnosis and fault cause are carried out by the diagnostic process method of the PLC of the system,and the operation logic error caused by the PLC wiring error is diagnosed,which is the reason for the main winch to not act.Through the fault diagnosis of the system,the fault is identified and eliminated,and then the main types and causes of PLC wiring errors are summarized,the method and diagnosis points of tower crane fault based on PLC logic are refined,and the improvement measures to prevent the occurrence of similar faults are proposed by improving the technical level of operation or maintenance personnel.Finally,it is concluded that by strictly following the wiring specifications and other methods,the failure rate caused by PLC wiring errors can be effectively reduced,the production efficiency can be improved,and the sustainable development of the enterprise can be provided with a strongguarantee.
