不同杀菌剂对番茄灰霉病的防效研究

摘要 番茄灰霉病是番茄生产过程中的重要病害,严重影响番茄产量及品质。为筛选防治番茄灰霉病高效安全杀菌剂,明确不同杀菌剂对番茄灰霉病的防效及对番茄的安全性,选取6种生产上已登记杀菌剂开展番茄灰霉病田间药效试验。结果表明,供试杀菌剂对番茄灰霉病均具有一定的防效且对番茄安全,在3个化学杀菌剂中30%啶酰菌胺悬浮剂有效成分用量315.000 g/hm^(2)处理对番茄灰霉病叶片和果实病害的防效显著高于其他供试杀菌剂处理;生物药剂中1000亿个/g枯草芽孢杆菌可湿性粉剂制剂用量1050 g/hm^(2)对番茄灰霉病叶片和果实病害的防效极显著高于其他两个生物杀菌剂处理;供试杀菌剂处理均对番茄有一定的保产效果。说明30%啶酰菌胺悬浮剂和1000亿个/g枯草芽孢杆菌可湿性粉剂在生产上具有良好的推广应用前景,但应注意与其他供试杀菌剂交替轮换使用,以延缓番茄灰霉病病菌抗药性的产生。 Tomato gray mold is an important disease in tomato production,which seriously affects the yield and quality of tomato.In order to screen efficient and safe fungicides for the prevention and control of tomato gray mold,clarify the control effect and safety of different fungicides against tomato gray mold,this paper selected six registered fungicides in production to conduct field efficacy trials on tomato gray mold.The results showed that all tested fungicides had certain control effects against tomato gray mold and were safe for tomatoes.Among the three chemical fungicides,the control effect of 30%boscalid SC 315.000 g/hm^(2)(effective ingredient dosage)against leaves and fruits diseases of tomato gray mold was significantly higher than that of other tested fungicides.Compared with the other two biological fungicides,100 billion units/g of Bacillus subtilis WP 1050 g/hm^(2)(Dosage of formulation)in biological fungicides had a extremely significant control effect against leaves and fruits diseases of tomato gray mold.All tested fungicides had a certain yield retention effect on tomatoes.30%boscalid SC and 100 billion units/g Bacillus subtilis WP had good prospects for promotion and application in production,but attention should be paid to alternating with other tested fungicides to delay the development of resistance to tomato gray mold pathogen.
