摘要
信息技术接受研究是管理信息系统领域中的一个重要分支。近年来,信息技术接受模型得到不断的整合和发展,但是在现实中,由于信息技术和管理任务的多样性,理论模型的现实意义被大大减弱,不同模型之间仍然存在很多交叉重叠的概念。基于上述背景,本文通过对以往大量文献进行分析,梳理归纳国内外关于健康领域医生技术采纳的研究,重点分析理论模型的选择与整合,变量的设置与拓展以及研究方法,为今后更好地探索医生使用临床决策支持系统的影响因素提供参考。
Research on information technology acceptance is an important branch of the management information systems field.In recent years,information technology acceptance models have been continuously integrated and developed.However,due to the diversity of information technology and management tasks in practice,the practical significance of theoretical models has been greatly diminished,and many overlapping concepts remain among different models.Against this background,this paper reviews and analyzes a large number of previous studies on the adoption of technology by doctors in the health field,focusing on the selection and integration of theoretical models,the setting and expansion of variables,and research methods.This provides a reference for better exploring the factors influencing doctors'use of clinical decision support systems in the future.
