乐昌北部五山镇青岭云英岩脉锂矿石工艺矿物学研究

摘要 为查明粤北九峰岩体南侧乐昌市北部五山镇青岭云英岩脉锂矿石化学成分、结构构造、矿物组成、含锂矿物的粒度和解离度以及锂的赋存状态等工艺矿物学特征,采用化学分析、镜下鉴定、扫描电镜、MLA(矿物参数自动分析系统)等测试手段,对其进行详细的工艺矿物学研究.结果表明:矿石中锂含量为147μg·kg^(-1),主要组成矿物种类较为简单,除石英和云母(包括黑云母和白云母)以外,尚有钾长石、黄玉、绿泥石、高岭石、褐铁矿、金红石、铋华、黝帘石、磷钇矿、电气石、方解石、萤石、磷灰石和锆石等,但含量甚微.锂的主要载体矿物是云母,一般在0.2~1.5 mm之间,部分粗者大于2.0 mm;当粒级为+0.30 mm时,其累计分布率为86.83%.富集云母后矿石中理论锂含量为326μg·kg^(-1). In order to find out the technological mineralogical charactcristics of lithium ore from greisen vein in Qinling,Wushan Town,north of Lechang,such as chemical component,structural structure,mineral composition,particle size and dissociation of Li2O bearing minerals and occurrence mode of Li2O,a detailed process mineralogical study was carried out by chemical analysis,microscopic identification,SEM analysis,and MLA(Mineral parameter automatic analysis system).The results showed that the content of Li2O in the ore is 147μg·kg^(-1).The main mineral composition of the ore is relatively simple,in addition to quartz and mica(including biotite and Muscovite),other minerals are potassium feldspar,topaz,chlorite,limonite,rutile,bismuth,zozoite,xenotime,tourmaline,calcite,fluorite,apatite and zircon,etc.,but the amount is very small.The main carrier mineral of lithium is mica,some thick ones are even greater than 2.0 mm,and generally vary between 0.2 and 1.5 mm.When the grain size is+0.30 mm,the positive cumulative distribution rate is 86.83%.The theoretical lithium(Li)content in the ore after enrichment of mica is 326μg·kg^(-1).
