摘要
真空断路器作为电网配电系统中的重要设备,而触头质量直接影响了开关电器的电气性能。真空断路器的回路电阻作为开关设备最重要的电气参数之一,其稳定性测试过程的研究具有重要意义。为了提高真空断路器回路电阻的测试效率,本文研制了一种回路电阻测试装置,从内嵌式接头的动态过程进行分析,考虑了接触板数量和接触板滑动方式。该回路电阻测试装置有效降低了测试过程的用时,提高了回路电阻的测试工作效率。
Vacuum circuit breakers are important equipment in power distribution systems,and the quality of their contacts directly affects the electrical performance of the switchgear.The loop resistance of a vacuum circuit breaker is one of the most important electrical parameters of the switching device,and the study of its stability testing process is of significant importance.In order to improve the testing efficiency of the loop resistance of vacuum circuit breakers,this paper develops a loop resistance testing device that analyzes the dynamic process of embedded contacts,taking into account the number of contact plates and the sliding method of the contact plates.This loop resistance testing device effectively reduces the testing time and improves the efficiency of loop resistance testing.
