摘要
以《资本论》为代表的马克思主义政治经济学为中国特色社会主义政治经济学的建构提供了基本原则。在百余年现代化发展进程中,中国共产党人不断推进马克思主义政治经济学中国化时代化,逐步确立中国特色社会主义政治经济学建构的基本原则。毛泽东在探索社会主义建设规律的过程中,对书写中国特色的社会主义政治经济学的基本原则——不断发展壮大公有制经济、不断解放与发展社会生产力、坚持以人民为中心、坚持问题导向、辩证处理市场和政府的关系、构建“双循环”新发展格局、坚持共同富裕的分配原则、兼容并蓄中西经济思想文化资源等发挥了奠基性作用。
The Marxist political economy represented by Capital provides basic principles for the construction of socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics.In the process of modernization development for more than 1oo years,the CPC has constantly promoted the sinicization and modernization of Marxist political economy,and gradually established the construction principles for the socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics.In the process of exploring the laws of socialist construction,Mao Zedong has made clear construction principles of socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics,constantly developing the public ownership economy,constantly liberating and developing social productivity,adhering to the people as the center,adhering to the problem orientation,dialectically handling the relationship between the market and the government,building a new development pattern of“dual circulation”,adhering to the distribution principle of common prosperity.The integration of Chinese and Western economic,ideological,and cultural resources has played a foundational role.
