摘要
生产资料所有制、人们在生产中的地位和关系以及产品分配关系是社会生产关系的三大组成部分。马克思主义唯物史观认为,人类社会经济形态依次经历“人的相互依赖”(一形态)、“以物的依赖性为基础的人的独立性”(二形态)和“自由个性”(三形态)三个历史阶段,而这三种社会经济形态的某些属性在中国农村同时存在,体现出一种“共时态”特征。在实地调研山西大寨、安徽小岗、烟台模式、官桥八组等地的基础上,本文提出:中国农村集体经济长期发展中暴露出两种生产关系错位问题,即“名三实二”的农村市场化改革和“以一补二”的乡村能人治理模式。为持续推进乡村振兴战略,要以“政治性统合”引领“经济性统合”,做实农村集体经济,以纠正第一种错位;要以政党力量引导乡贤能力的发挥,以中华优秀传统文化重塑集体经济的文明基因,以纠正第二种错位。
The major components of social relations of production include ownership of the means of production,people's position and relations in production,and the relations of product distribution.According to the Marxist materialist view of history,the economic form of human society goes through the three forms of“human interdependence”(the first form),"human independence based on object dependence"(the second form),and“free individuality”(the third form)in turn.Some characteristics of the three economic forms of human society existed at the same time in rural areas of China,embodying a“co-temporal”feature.On the basis of field research on Dazhai in Shanxi,Xiaogang in Anhui,Yantai Model,and Guanqiao Group 8,this paper draws the following conclusions.Since the reform and opening up,China's collective economy in rural areas has not only made significant achievements in development,but also exposes dislocations of the two relations of production,that is,the“three in name,two in reality”rural market-oriented reform and the rural talent governance model of“one to make up for the other”.To strengthen the rural collective economy and continue to promote rural revitalization,it is necessary to lead the“economic unity”with“political unity”,and make the rural collective economy more solid,so as to correct the first kind of mismatch.And it is also necessary to guide the performance of the ability of village sages with the power of political parties,and reshape the civilization of the collective economy with the excellent traditional Chinese culture,so as to correct the second mismatch.
