摘要
催化装置烟气中催化剂粉尘浓度和分布如不能被准确监测,会导致烟机结垢,频繁停机检修。某催化装置应用了一种光学成像烟气粉尘分析仪来测定三旋分离器分离后烟气中的催化剂粉尘含量和分布,介绍了该光学成像烟气粉尘分析仪的工作原理、结构以及主要功能。实际应用表明:该分析仪能够实现准确测量烟气中的催化剂粉尘浓度和分布情况,为催化烟气粉尘测定提供新的方法。
If the concentration and distribution of flue gas of the catalytic installation cannot be accurately monitored,it will lead to the scaling of the flue gas machine and frequent shut-down for maintenance.an optical imaging flue gas and dust analyzer in a catalytic installation is applied to determine the content and distribution of catalyst dust in the separated flue gas of 3-stage cyclone separator.The working principle,structure,and main functions of analyzer are introduced.Practical applications show that the analyzer can accurately measure the catalyst dust concentration and distribution in flue gas,which provides a new method for the determination of catalytic flue gas dust.
