磁光成像技术及石榴石薄膜在无损检测中的应用

摘要 磁光成像作为一种新兴的无损检测技术具有精度高、灵敏度高、成本低、速度快的优势,用于检测磁场大小、焊缝及裂纹缺陷。磁性石榴石薄膜因具有强法拉第效应、小饱和磁化场、良好的均匀性和稳定性等优良性能是目前最适宜应用于磁光成像系统中的传感器材料。介绍了磁光成像无损检测技术的原理、应用与研究发展现状;主要介绍了系统应用的关键元件——石榴石薄膜材料,对其性能改善方法与近年来的研究应用进行了综述;最后对磁光成像领域及其中石榴石薄膜的未来发展与研究方向进行了展望。 As an emerging nondestructive testing technology,magneto-optical imaging detection technology has the advantages of high precision,high sensitivity,low cost and fast speed,and is used to detect magnetic field size,weld and crack defects.Magnetic garnet film is the most suitable sensor material for magneto-optical imaging systems due to its excellent properties such as large Faraday effect,small saturated magnetization field,good uniformity and stability.This paper introduces the principle,application,research and development of magneto-optical imaging nondestructive testing technology.The key component of the system application is garnet film material,and its performance improvement methods and research and application in recent years are reviewed.Finally,the future development and research direction of magneto-optical imaging and garnet films are prospected.
