摘要
目的分析脑出血手术治疗患者术后集束化护理模式配合对下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)的预防作用。方法选取2021年8月至2023年7月于泉州市第一医院行手术治疗的急性脑出血患者160例为研究对象行回顾性分析,依据术后护理方案差异进行分组,对照组、试验组各80例,对照组行常规护理,试验组在常规护理基础上行集束化护理配合。评价不同护理配合方案下患者下肢DVT发生率、下肢周径、下肢血流速度、独立生活能力评分(FIM)、并发症发生率、护理满意度。结果试验组下肢DVT总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,试验组下肢周径低于对照组,下肢血流速度高于对照组,独立生活能力评分高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论集束化护理对脑出血患者术后下肢DVT预防效果确切,可积极改善下肢深静脉血液循环速度,避免下肢肿胀、疼痛风险,优化患者术后独立生活能力及护理效果。
Objective To analyze the preventive effect of postoperative intensive nursing mode on lower deep venous thrombosis(DVT)in patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 160 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage who underwent surgical treatment in Quanzhou First Hospital from August 2021 to July 2023,and were divided according to the differences in postoperative care plans,with 80 cases in the control group and 80 cases in the experimental group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the experimental group was treated with bundled nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The incidence of DVT,circumference of lower limbs,blood flow velocity,independent living ability score(FIM),incidence of complications,and nursing satisfaction were evaluated.Results The total incidence of lower extremity DVT in the test group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing care,the lower extremity circumference of the test group was lower than that of the control group,the lower extremity blood flow velocity was higher than that of the control group,the independent living ability score was higher than that of the control group,the complication rate was lower than that of the control group,and the satisfaction of nursing care was higher than that of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Nursing bundle has a definite effect on the prevention of DVT in the lower limbs after surgery in patients with cerebral hemorrhage,which can actively improve the blood circulation rate of deep veins in the lower limbs,avoid the risk of swelling and pain in the lower limbs,and optimize the independent living ability and nursing effect of patients after surgery.
