物联网肺康复在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者中的研究现状

摘要 慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是我国最常见的慢性呼吸系统疾病,患病率高,疾病负担重。提高COPD人群生存质量、延缓疾病进展、降低疾病负担是COPD的主要治疗目标。肺康复可提高患者的运动耐力、降低再住院率和死亡率、改善生活质量及致残率,是COPD重要的非药物治疗方式,也是COPD规范化治疗中的重要内容。肺康复在提升患者生活质量的同时,也实现了节约医疗资源,具有良好的经济和社会效益。但传统的居家肺康复模式存在患者不能全面掌握肺康复相关知识、容易遗忘、依从性较低等情况,导致患者出现肺康复积极性差、训练方式错误、训练强度过高或过低等诸多局限性。基于物联网的肺康复模式打破了地域限制,不仅为患者肺康复提供了安全保障、增加了康复的趣味性、提高了患者积极性及依从性,也有利于医生对患者肺康复情况的远程监测和指导,对COPD的诊疗、管理、改善预后、降低疾病负担等方面具有积极意义。 Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is the most common chronic respiratory system disease in China,with a high incidence and heavy disease burden.Improving the quality of life,delaying disease progression,and reducing disease burden are the main treatment goals for patients with COPD.Pulmonary rehabilitation can improve the patient's exercise endurance,reduce readmission and mortality rates,improve quality of life and disability rates.It is an important non pharmacological treatment method for COPD and an important part of standardized treatment.While improving the patient's quality of life,pulmonary rehabilitation also saves medical resources and has good economic and social benefits.However,the traditional home-based lung rehabilitation model has many limitations,such as patients not being able to fully grasp the relevant knowledge of lung rehabilitation,being prone to forgetting,and having low compliance,which leads to poor enthusiasm for lung rehabilitation,incorrect training methods,and high or low training intensity.The Internet of Things based lung rehabilitation model breaks geographical limitations,not only providing safety guarantees for patient lung rehabilitation,increasing the fun of rehabilitation,improving patient motivation and compliance,but also facilitating remote monitoring and guidance of patient lung rehabilitation by doctors.It has positive significance for the diagnosis,treatment,management,improvement of prognosis,and reduction of disease burden in COPD.
