摘要
脑缺血再灌注损伤(CIRI)是急性期脑梗死患者恢复血液灌注后的重要病理环节,涉及多种病理过程,如内质网应激、细胞凋亡、炎症反应、细胞焦亡及铁死亡等。针刺治疗CIRI疗效较好,可通过多种途径发挥脑保护作用。本文综述了针刺发挥脑保护作用在分子及基因层面的相关研究文献,发现针刺发挥脑保护作用具有多水平、多通路、多靶点的特点,可通过干预内质网应激、抑制细胞凋亡、减少细胞炎性反应、调控细胞焦亡、抑制铁死亡、适度激活细胞自噬、促进血管新生、改善学习记忆等方面发挥治疗作用。
Cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury(CIRI)is an important pathological condition in acute cerebral infarction patients after the restoration of blood perfusion,involving a variety of pathological processes,such as endoplasmic reticulum stress,apoptosis,inflammatory response,cell pyrodeath and iron death.Acupuncture treatment of CIRI has good curative effect and can play a protective role in brain through various ways.In this paper,the molecular and genetic studies on the protective effects of acupuncture on the brain were reviewed.It was found that acupuncture plays a multi-level,multi-pathway and multi-target role in brain protection.It can play a therapeutic role by interfering with endoplasmic reticulum stress,inhibiting cell apoptosis,reducing cell inflammatory response,regulating cell pyrosis,inhibiting iron death,moderately activating autophagy,promoting angiogenesis,improving learning and memory,etc.
