烃基生物柴油异构降凝技术开发与工业应用

摘要 烃基生物柴油是一种绿色清洁的低碳生物燃料,可用于替代传统燃料降低交通领域的碳排放,但较差的低温流动性限制了其应用范围。文中以烃基生物柴油为原料,在固定床装置上进行异构降凝工艺考察实验,通过优选工艺条件开发了适用于烃基生物柴油的异构降凝技术。实验结果表明:在反应压力9.0 MPa,反应温度(基准+10)℃,氢油体积比1000的工艺条件下,烃基生物柴油冷滤点可降低到-18℃。该技术于2022年6月实现了工业化应用,生产的产品可同时满足NB/T 10897—2021与EN 15940—2016标准要求,属于优质低凝烃基生物柴油。 Hydrocarbon based biodiesel is a green,clean and low-carbon biofuel that can be used to replace traditional fuels to reduce carbon emissions in the transportation sector,but its poor low-temperature fluidity limits its application range.In this paper,using hydrocarbon based biodiesel as feedstock,the process of isomerization-visbreaking is investigated on the fixed bed reactor,and the isomerization-visbreaking technology suitable for hydrocarbon based biodiesel is developed by optimizing the process conditions.The experimental results show that CFPP can be reduced to-18℃under the conditions of reaction pressure 9.0 MPa,reaction temperature(reference+10)℃and hydrogen-oil volume ratio 1,000.This technology has been industrialized and applied in June 2022.The industrial application results show that the produced products can simultaneously meet the requirements of NB/T 10897—2021 and EN 15940—2016 standards,and belong to high-quality low pour point hydrocarbon based biodiesel.
