摘要
目的分析整体护理干预对胃溃疡患者的护理效果。方法选取2022年1月—2023年6月在本院进行诊治的100例胃溃疡患者作为研究对象,将其随机平均分为对照组(实施常规护理方法,n=50)和观察组(在常规护理的基础上使用整体护理,n=50),对两组不同的护理干预模式的预后效果进行记录和对比。结果观察组的生活质量满意度显著高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组患者的焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)情况对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后,观察组的焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)都显著优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论整体护理干预对胃溃疡患者的护理效果显著,能够有效增强治疗的安全性和有效性,值得在临床实践中广泛采纳并推广应用。
Objective To observe and analyze nursing effectiveness and value of holistic nursing in nursing of gastric ulcers in gastroenterology.Methods The paper chose 100 patients with gastric ulcers in our hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 as study subjects,and divided them into control group(treated with routine nursing methods,n=50)and observation group(with holistic nursing on the basis of routine nursing,n=50)randomly and evenly.Prognostic effect of different nursing intervention modes were recorded and compared between two groups.Results SAS scores of observation group after nursing were significantly lower than observation group(P<0.05).SDS scores of observation group after treatment were significantly better than control group(P<0.05).Satisfaction degree in observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Holistic nursing intervention can achieve significant improvement effect on nursing of gastric ulcer patients,can enhance safety and treatment effect effectively,which is worthy of clinical appli cation and promotion.
