摘要
基于T型三电平高频逆变模块结构,完成了热损耗模型建立,利用有限元仿真与热损耗模型数据相结合,优化出散热所需的关键风量,并通过搭建试验平台验证其可行性。上述分析对T型三电平高频逆变模块产品化的热稳定性和可靠性具有重要意义。
Based on the T-type three-level high-frequency inverter module structure,we established a heat-loss model.By combining finite element simulation with heat-loss model data,the key air flow required for heat dissipation was optimized,and its feasibility was verified by building an experimental platform.The above analysis is of great significance for the thermal stability and reliability of the product of T-type three-level highfrequency inverter modules.
