摘要
目的:探讨六经调理汤加减治疗肝郁脾虚型慢性胃炎患者的临床效果。方法:选取2023年1—12月北京市朝阳区望京社区卫生服务中心收治的肝郁脾虚型慢性胃炎患者60例作为研究对象,根据抽签法分为对照组和研究组,各30例。对照组采用西药治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用六经调理汤加减治疗。比较两组临床疗效、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平、症状积分及不良反应发生情况。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.044)。治疗后,两组hs-CRP水平低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。治疗后,两组各项症状评分低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:六经调理汤加减方治疗肝郁脾虚型慢性胃炎患者效果显著,能够减轻相关临床症状,降低炎性因子表达水平且安全性较高。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of modified Six-Channel Conditioning Decoction in treatment of patients with chronic gastritis of liver depression and spleen deficiency type.Methods:Sixty patients with chronic gastritis of liver depression and spleen deficiency type admitted to Beijing Chaoyang District Wangjing Community Health Service Center from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a control group and a study group by lot method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,while the study group was treated with modified Six-Channel Conditioning Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)levels,symptom scores,and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.044).After treatment,the hs-CRP levels in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.001).After treatment,the symptom scores in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.001).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Modified Six-Channel Conditioning Decoction has a significant effect in treatment of patients with chronic gastritis of liver depression and spleen deficiency type.It can alleviate the relevant clinical symptoms,reduce the expression levels of inflammatory factors,and has high safety.
