摘要
目的:促进耳鼻咽喉头颈外科糖皮质激素(glucocorticoids,GCs)处方点评工作的开展,提高点评效率和点评准确率。方法:计算机在维普、中国知网、万方数据、丁香园、医脉通、PubMed、Cochrane Library等平台收集相关文献,运用推荐分级评价、制订与评估系统(grading of recommendations assessment,development and evaluation,GRADE)定义证据,根据优选证据制订点评细则,运用点评细则开展耳鼻咽喉头颈外科GCs点评工作。结果:完成了65个病种的循证收集和点评细则制订。运用细则前,1名点评员无法在3 h内完成100例GCs处方点评,运用细则后,该点评员3 h可点评1 704例处方。2名点评员运用点评细则点评2022年1 704例耳鼻咽喉头颈外科处方,合理率分别为39.4%和33.2%。结论:运用处方点评细则提高了点评效率和点评准确率,制订点评细则能促进耳鼻咽喉头颈外科GCs处方点评的开展。
OBJECTIVE To promote the review of glucocorticoid prescriptions in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery and improve the efficiency and accuracy of reviews.METHODS The relevant literature items were retrieved from the databases of VIP,China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang,Dingxiangyuan,Yimaitong,PubMed and Cochrane Library.And Grading of Recommendations Assessment,Development and Evaluation(GRADE) was utilized for defining the evidence and formulating the review rules according to the preferred evidence.The rules were applied for commenting on glucocorticoid prescriptions in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery.RESULTS Evidence-based evidence for 65 diseases was collected and review rules were developed.One reviewer could not complete 100 glucocorticoid prescription reviews within 3 hours before rules.However,following the detailed rules,1 704 prescriptions could be reviewed within 3 hours.Two reviewers implemented the review rules for examining 1 704 cases of otolaryngology-head and neck surgery in 2022.The reasonable rates were 39.4% and 33.2%.CONCLUSION The use of review rules may boost review efficiency and evaluation accuracy.And formulating review rules can improve the auditing of glucocorticoid prescriptions in otolaryngology-head and neck surgery.
