摘要
为解决唐安煤矿掘进工作面粉尘污染严重的问题,以3306轨道巷掘进为工程背景,采用数值模拟、现场实测等方法,进行分段注水+高压喷雾粉尘综合防治技术研究,研究表明:质量浓度0.6%的湿润剂溶液对粉尘具有较好湿润效果,综合降尘技术实施后,距工作面15 m回风侧粉尘浓度降幅达到90%,取得理想除尘效果。3306轨道巷掘进工作面粉尘综合防治技术为矿井综掘面后续防尘方案的设计及实施提供可靠参考。
Aiming at the serious dust pollution in the heading face in 3306 track roadway of Tang'an Colliery,the author makes a study on the comprehensive control technology of subsection water injection with high-pressure spray dust through numerical simulation,field measurement and other methods,whose results show that the wetting agent solution with a mass concentration of 0.6%has a good wetting effect on dust;and the dust concentration at the return air side 15 m away from the working face decreases by 90%with the ideal dust removal effect,providing a reliable reference for the design and implementation of the subsequent dust-proof scheme in fully-mechanized excavation face.
