集成底盘控制技术的研究与应用

摘要 随着当代底盘智能化的发展,底盘各系统之间的控制冲突愈发明显。为解决底盘各系统控制冲突,文章设计了一种分层式的集成控制对底盘各系统进行统一控制。控制中根据功能划分为信号处理、状态估算、控制目标设定、车辆控制、协同控制、各系统控制;根据车辆状态及驾驶员操作确定车辆的控制目标,并依据各系统执行能力将控制目标统一分配给各个系统,从而满足车辆控制目标。实验结果表明,采用集成底盘控制可有效地延长车辆的侧向线性区、减小车辆的响应延迟以及改善车辆瞬态向稳态过渡中的超调。因此,开发集成底盘控制技术可以充分发挥底盘性能,优化底盘控制架构,使整体控制架构更清晰、通讯更简洁。 With the intelligent development of chassis,the conflicts between chassis systems become more and more obvious.In order to solve the system conflict of chassis,a layered integrated control is designed to control all chassis systems.According to the function,there are many layers of control,including signal processing,state estimation,control target calculation,vehicle control,control allocation,and each system control.The control objectives of the vehicle are determined according to the state of the vehicle and the operation of the driver,and the control objectives are uniformly assigned to each system according to the execution ability of each system,so as to meet the vehicle control objectives.It is concluded that the integrated chassis control can effectively extend the lateral linear zone of the vehicle,reduce the response delay of the vehicle and improve the overshoot in the transient to steady transition of the vehicle.Therefore,the development of integrated chassis control technology can give full play to chassis performance,optimize chassis control architecture,and make the overall control architecture clearer and more concise communication.
