机器人喷涂过程中的棱边痱子问题分析与优化

摘要 为解决机器人喷涂水性漆过程中出现的棱边痱子问题,文章从人、机、料、法、环五个方面进行分析,介绍了FANUC喷涂机器人的系统组成、工艺参数及设定依据。通过理论分析与实验验证,确认此次造成棱边痱子的主要原因为机器人喷涂流量大、高压高、轨迹重叠率高,通过降低流量、高压,细化喷涂轨迹,棱边痱子问题得到有效解决。经过此次机器人喷涂过程棱边痱子问题的分析与解决,制定了后续生产过程发生此问题的预防及解决措施,对提高生产效率及提升产品质量具有极大的意义。 In order to solve the problem of prickly heat on edge in the process of spraying water-based paint by robot,this paper analyzes from five aspects of man,machine,material,method and environment,and introduces the system composition,process parameters and setting basis of FANUC spraying robot.Through theoretical analysis and experimental verification,it is confirmed that the main causes of edge prickly rash this time are large flow rate,high pressure and high trajectory overlap rate of robot spraying,and by reducing flow rate and high pressure and refining the spraying trajectory,the problem of edge prickly rash has been effectively solved.After analyzing and solving the problem of edge prickly rash in the robot spraying process,the prevention and solution measures for this problem in the subsequent production process have been formulated,and it is of great significance to improve production efficiency and product quality.
