摘要
针对机械原理课程单一考核形式存在诸多不利影响的问题,提出了一种课外项目参与课程考核的实践方案。详细阐述了一个基于3-RRR(R表示转动副)平面并联机构杆组拆分的课外项目案例。通过项目选题、小组分工、独立计算、成果汇总、项目答辩5个环节,学生完成了项目考核的全部内容,并对平面机构的组成原理与结构分析有了更深刻的理解。这有利于提升学生的知识水平、专业技能、工程意识和科研素养,同时也是贯彻落实素质教育、创新教育理念的良好体现。
There are numerous disadvantageous influences in the course assessment of“The Principle of Machines and Mechanisms”caused by single assessment form.In view of this,a practical strategy of extracurricular project participating in the course assessment is proposed.An extracurricular project based on the splitting of 3-RRR(R:revolute joint)planar parallel linkage group is elaborated in this paper as a case.The assessment includes five steps:project selection,group division,independent calculation,achievement summary and project defense.Through the completion of this project,students can definitely have a firmer understanding of the composition principle and structural analysis of planar mechanisms.The proposed practical strategy is conducive to improving students’knowledge level,professional skills,engineering awareness and scientific literacy.Moreover,this project is also conducive to the implementation of the concept of quality education and innovative education.
