摘要
本文简单介绍了罗茨鼓风机的结构和工作原理,根据某装置风机在运行中出现的润滑油温度高、电动机跳停、盘车卡涩、轴承卡涩、风机跳停等故障,分析故障的主要原因有维护不到位、管道参数设计不合理、电动机额定参数选型较小、前期设计阶段参与深度不足、设备管理措施滞后等。通过正确监测与管理风机的润滑、对电动机升级改造、按要求管理轴承的全生命周期、增设除渣设施、精细调节工况、优化管理模式等方式进行针对性地改进,显著减少了风机的故障次数,为今后设备的正常运行与维护提供指导。
This article briefly introduces the structure and working principle of Roots blower.Based on the faults that occur during the operation of a certain device's fan,such as high lubricating oil temperature,motor tripping,disc jamming,bearing jamming,and fan tripping,the main reasons for the faults are analyzed to be inadequate maintenance,unreasonable design of pipeline parameters,small selection of motor rated parameters,insufficient participation in the early design stage,and lagging equipment management measures.By correctly monitoring and managing the lubrication of fans,upgrading and renovating motors,managing the entire life cycle of bearings as required,adding dregs removal facilities,finely adjusting operating conditions,and optimizing management modes,targeted improvements have been made,significantly reducing the number of fan failures and providing guidance for the operation and maintenance of equipment in the future.
