摘要
为了明确不同羊草品种品质性状综合表现,挖掘羊草优良基因源。试验选取10份羊草品种,随机区组排列,采用直接灰化法及近红外光谱等方法对10份羊草品种的22个品质指标进行测定及数据分析。数据聚类及因子分析结果表明:22个品质性状可以分为营养价值指标和形态建成指标两类;品种YC01具有突出的营养价值优势;品种YC06、YC08在营养价值和形态建成性状之间达到了较好平衡,YC06的饲喂价值更优,可做优质饲草。研究表明,营养价值和形态建成这两类性状间的协调统一是优质羊草品种选育的基本尺度,可作为优势性状基因源加以创新和利用。
To clarify the comprehensive performance of quality traits in different Leymus chinensis varieties and to explore excellent genetic sources of Leymus chinensis,the experiment selected 10 varieties of Leymus chinensis,arranged in random blocks,and used methods such as direct ashing and near-infrared spectroscopy to measure and analyze 22 quality indicators of the 10 Leymus chinensis varieties.The results of data clustering and factor analysis show that the 22 quality traits can be divided into two categories:Nutritional value indicators and morphological construction indicators.Variety YC01 has a prominent advantage in nutritional value traits,varieties YC06 and YC08 have achieved a good balance between nutritional value traits and morphological construction traits,with YC06 having a superior feeding value and can be considered as high-quality forage.The study indicates that the coordination and unity between nutritional value traits and morphological construction traits are the basic criteria for the selection of high-quality Leymus chinensis varieties,and can be used as superior trait gene sources for innovation and utilization.
