摘要
矿渣粉自被应用于混凝土以来,已成为混凝土不可缺少的组分,研究矿渣粉对混凝土性能的影响至关重要。分别采用3种不同比表面积的矿渣粉以不同掺量等量替代水泥制备混凝土,并研究矿渣粉对混凝土工作性能和力学性能的影响。试验结果表明:矿渣粉的比表面积和掺量对混凝土的性能有较大的影响。在掺量为5%~25%时,将比表面积比水泥大的矿渣粉掺入混凝土中,混凝土工作性能得到一定的改善,且矿渣粉取代量越高、比表面积越大,效果越明显,力学性能增强,且掺量在10%强度最高。
Since slag powder has been applied to concrete,it has become an indispensable component of concrete.It is very important to study the effect of slag powder on the performance of concrete.Three kinds of slag powder with different specific surface areas were used to replace cement to prepare concrete,and the influence of slag powder on the working and mechanical properties of concrete was studied.The test results show that the specific surface area and dosage of slag powder have great influence on the performance of concrete.When the dosage is 5%~25%,the slag powder with larger specific surface area than cement was added into the concrete,and the performance of the concrete was improved to a certain extent.The higher the replacement amount of slag powder and the larger the specific surface area,the more obvious the effect is,the mechanical properties are enhanced,and the strength is the highest at the dosage of 10%.
