摘要
针对传统的人工离线抽检方式无法实现批量测试与综合参数缺陷分析的问题,设计了一种基于可编程逻辑控制器的多参数电磁继电器测试装置,可以实现批量继电器实时动作状态监测、数据采集与处理以及检测结果的分析与显示。首先介绍了测试系统的组成,设计了继电器参数测试模块,根据系统工作模式完成了程序流程设计,能够满足批量电磁继电器的可靠检测。
Aiming at the problem that batch testing and comprehensive parameter defect analysis can not be realized by the traditional manual off-line sampling method,a multi-parameter electromagnetic relay test device based on programmable logic controller is designed,which can realize real-time operation status monitoring of batch relays,data acquisition and processing,analysis and display of test results.Firstly,the composition of the test system is introduced,the relay parameter test module is designed,and the program flow design is completed according to the working mode of the system,which can meet the reliable detection of batch electromagnetic relays.
