摘要
本文主要介绍了镇海炼化化工部ⅠPP装置(年产20万吨聚丙烯)和ⅡPP装置(年产30万吨聚丙烯)在聚合物干燥单元中,采用热氮气循环干燥法去除聚丙烯中的残余水分的工程实例。通过对干燥单元中氮气换热器的重新选型,选用列管式换热器和宽流道板式换热器来解决粉尘堵塞问题的研究。
The article mainly introduces the engineering examples of Town Refinery and Chemical Department I PP Unit(annual production of 200,000 tons of polypropylene)and II PP Unit(annual production of 300,000 tons of polypropylene)in the polymer drying unit,using the method of hot nitrogen circulation drying to remove residual moisture from polypropylene.By reselecting the heat exchanger in the drying unit,the study selects tubular heat exchangers and wide-channel plate heat exchangers to solve the problem of dust blockage.
