摘要
慢性子宫内膜炎(CE)是一种女性常见疾病,常因临床症状轻微而被忽视,然而,大量研究显示反复种植失败(RIF)与CE具有相关性,且CE患者又存在子宫内膜容受性受损的问题,因此,本文从CE的病因及其与RIF的关系出发,总结中西医结合治疗CE对RIF患者妊娠结局的影响,以期为CE相关的RIF治疗提供更广阔的思路。
Chronic endometritis(CE)is a common disease in women that is often overlooked due to mild clinical symptoms.However,numerous studies have shown that recurrent implantation failure(RIF)is associated with CE,and CE patients have impaired endometrial receptivity(ER).Therefore,starting from the etiology of CE and the relationship between CE and RIF,this article summarized and described the effect of CE treatment with integrated Chinese and western medicine on the pregnancy outcome of RIF,in order to provide a broader idea for the treatment of CE-related RIF.
