摘要
目的讨论手法复位结合中药制剂治疗耳石症眩晕的有效性和安全性。方法2023年1月-2023年12月,将70例耳石症眩晕患者作为本次研究对象,以分层抽样法分组,分为对照组35例与研究组35例。对照组治疗方法为:单一手法复位治疗;研究组治疗方法为:手法复位结合天麻素注射液中药制剂治疗,观察有效性;安全性;眩晕症状评分;血浆内皮素-1、血清降钙素基因相关肽、神经肽Y检测结果。结果较对照组有效性的71.43%,研究组有效性的94.29%更高,P<0.05。两组安全性指标无统计学意义,P>0.05。治疗1个月后较对照组眩晕症状评分,研究组该指标更低,P<0.05。治疗1个月后较对照组血浆内皮素-1、血清降钙素基因相关肽、神经肽Y检测结果,研究组这些指标更低,P<0.05。结论手法复位结合天麻素注射液治疗耳石症眩晕的有效性和安全性均较高,有助于促使眩晕症状缓解,改善相关血清指标,因此具备较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To discuss the effectiveness and safety of manual reduction combined with traditional Chinese medicine preparation in the treatment of otolith vertigo.Methods From January 2023 to December 2023,70 patients with otolith vertigo were taken as the subjects of this study and divided by stratified sampling method into 35 control group and 35 study group.The treatment methods in the control group were:single manual reduction;the treatment methods in the study group were:manual reduction combined with therapeutic effectiveness;safety;score of vertigo symptoms;test results of plasma endothelin-l,serum calcitonin gene related peptide and neuropeptide Y.Results Compared with 71.43%of the effectiveness of the control group and 94.29%of the study group,P<0.05.Safety measures were not significant in both groups,P>0.05.This index was lower in the study group 1 month after treatment than in the control group,P<0.05.Compared with the plasma endothelin-1,serum calcitonin gene related peptide,and neuropeptide Y,the study group was 1 month of treatment,P<0.05.Conclusion The effectiveness and safety of manual reduction combined with gastrodin injection in treating otolith vertigo are high,which is helpful to promote the relief of vertigo symptoms and improve the relevant serum indicators,so it has high clinical application value.
