GB 4806.9是中国食品安全国家标准中关于食品接触用金属材料及制品的重要规范。随着食品工业的快速发展,对食品接触材料的安全性和卫生性要求日益严格,新版试验方法即将在2024年9月6日实施,与现行2016版标准相比,新版标准在诸多方面做出来调整。本文旨在对GB 4806.9—2023与GB 4806.9—2016两个版本的标准进行深入比较,详细解析新旧标准之间的主要差异,以便相关企业和检测机构能够更好地理解和执行新标准,从而确保食品接触用金属材料及制品的安全性和合规性。
GB 4806.9 is an important specification in the Chinese national standards for food contact metal materials and products.With the rapid development of the food industry,the safety and hygiene requirements for food contact materials are becoming increasingly stringent.The new version of the test method will be implemented on September 6,2024.Compared with the current 2016 version,the new standard has made adjustments in many aspects.This article aims to make an in-depth comparison between GB 4806.9-2023 and GB 4806.9-2016,and to provide a detailed analysis of the main differences between the new and old standards,so that relevant enterprises and testing institutions can better understand and implement the new standard,thereby ensuring the safety and compliance of food contact metal materials and products.
