摘要
为了提高烟苗移栽的适应性和通用性,设计了一种以蓄电池为动力源、以履带为行走机构、采用导苗管投苗的间歇移动式烟苗移栽机。以烟苗移栽农艺为基础设计移栽机系统,使用SolidWorks软件进行套装设计和三维模型绘制,使用PLC和触摸屏进行控制程序设计和编写。试验结果表明:移栽机性能满足烟苗移栽农艺要求,能够很好进行特殊山地作业,能周期性的完成钻孔—投苗—施肥的移栽流程,提高了栽植效率,并可以通过改变触摸屏数据和PLC程序来修改移栽机作业流程,为后续相关研究提供参考。
In order to improve the adaptability and versatility of the tobacco seedling transplanter,an intermittent mobile tobacco seedling transplanter with storage battery,crawler and seedling dropping chute was designed.The transplanter was designed according to the tobacco seedling transplanting process,SolidWorks software and 3D model were adopted,and PLC and touch screen were used for control program design and writing.The test results showed that the transplanter met the process requirements of tobacco seedling transplanting,and could well adapt to the mountainous environment.It could complete the transplanting processes of drilling,seedling dropping and fertilizer application.The planting efficiency was improved,and the operation process could be modified by changing the parameters on the touch screen and the PLC program.This study has provided reference for subsequent research.
