智慧教学环境赋能地域性医家文化传承融入高等中医院校中医护理课程教学与考评研究

Research on integration of regional medical family cultural inheritance empowered by intelligent teaching environment into teaching and evaluating nursing courses on traditional Chinese medicine in Higher TCM Colleges

摘要 目的探讨智慧教学环境赋能地域性医家文化传承融入高等中医院校中医护理课程中运用的效果。方法选择本校2021级护理学本科两个自然班101名护生作为研究对象,护理2班51名护生为实验组、护理4班50名护生为对照组。对照组以传统教学模式融入课程思政相关内容,实验组开展新安医家文化传承+多端口平台联合+进阶式教学,课程中对护生学习成绩进行过程性评价与终结性评价、护生文化素养能力、共情能力评分以及护生对教学的过程和课程改革的总体满意度进行评价。结果过程性评价成绩理论课程中,实验组护生MOOC学习、课堂合作以及课后作业得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实训课程中,实验组护生虚拟平台操作与微平台视频质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);终结性评价成绩期末理论考核中,实验组护生中医护理学相关课程期末理论成绩优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实训考核中,实验组护生中医护理学实训考核成绩优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组护生文化素养的新安医学文化知识、人文关怀意识、专业认同感、地域性医学文化自信、中医护理思辨能力、职业素养得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组护生对教学过程满意度的教学内容、课程思政设计、理论和实训设计、重难点、教学态度及平台使用等情况评价得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组护生对课程的课程思政有效性、课程问题解决情况、新安医学文化融合度以及课程考核方式评价评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组护生的观点采择、换位思考、情感护理共情能力得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以智慧教学环境赋能的智慧教学模式下的新安地域医家文化传承融入高等中医院校中医护理课程中,能够以思想、文化激活护生历史使命感,提升护生的文化传承意识及社会服务的自主性,解决护生传承意识淡薄,新安医学文化底蕴差、专业信念不强、中医护理信念不坚定等问题。 Objective To explore the effectiveness of integrating regional medical family cultural inheritance that empowered by an intelligent teaching environment into nursing courses in higher education colleges of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods A total of 101 undergraduate nursing students from two classes of Grade 2021 were selected as the study objects,students from Class 2 were set as the experimental group(n=51)and those from Class 4 were selected as the control group(n=50).The control group receiving traditional teaching mode integrated the curriculum ideological and political content,while the experimental group carried out the model of Xin'an doctors'cultural inheritance plus multi-port platform combination plus advanced teaching.In the course,the learning performance of nursing students was evaluated in the process and final evaluated.The cultural literacy ability,empathy ability and the overall satisfaction of the teaching process and curriculum reform of nursing students were evaluated.Results In the theory course of process evaluation,the scores of MOOC learning,classroom cooperation and homework of nursing students in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the assessment of training courses,the scores of virtual platform operation and micro platform video quality of nursing students in the experimental group were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the final theoretical examination of summative evaluation scores,the final theoretical scores of TCM nursing in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the practical training assessment,the experimental group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of Xin'an medical cultural knowledge,humanistic care awareness,professional identity,regional medical cultural confidence,traditional Chinese medicine nursing thinking ability and professional literacy of nursing students in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The evaluation scores of teaching content,curriculum ideological and political design,theoretical and practical training design,key and difficult points,teaching attitude and platform use of nursing students in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Nursing students in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group in the effectiveness of curriculum ideology and politics,the solution of curriculum problems,the integration degree of Xin'an medical culture and the evaluation of curriculum assessment methods,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The scores of point of view selection,empathy thinking and emotional nursing ability in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Application of Xin'an regional medical family cultural inheritance that empowered by an intelligent teaching environment into nursing courses on traditional Chinese medicine in Higher TCM Colleges is able to activate nursing students'sense of historical mission with thought and culture,enhance their awareness of cultural inheritance and autonomy of social service,and solve the problems,such as the nursing students'weak awareness of inheritance,poor cultural heritage of Xin'an medicine,weak professional belief,and weak belief in traditional Chinese medicine nursing.
